Laura Draucker | Standards & Guidance Director, Center for Green Market Activation (GMA)
Laura is Standards and Guidance Director at GMA, working on the AIM Platform to help companies credibly calculate and claim emissions reductions from value chain investments. She is Vice Chair of the SBTi Technical Council. Previously, Laura was Senior Director of Corporate Climate Action at Ceres and worked on the GHG Protocol team at WRI, where she helped develop the Scope 3 and Product Life Cycle accounting standards.

Kaya Axelsson | Policy Research Fellow, Oxford Net Zero
Kaya is a Policy Research Fellow at Oxford Net Zero, where she focuses on climate governance and accelerating net-zero transitions. With expertise spanning voluntary and mandatory climate frameworks, she has collaborated with organisations including the UN High-Level Expert Group on Net Zero, ISO, and the Race to Zero campaign to translate climate science into actionable policy and practice.

Paul Dickinson | Founder, CDP; Co-Founder Transition Value Partners
Paul is the founder of CDP, co-founder of Transition Value Partners and a presenter on the Outrage & Optimism podcast alongside Christina Figueres and Tom Rivett-Carnac. He founded CDP in 2000 with an ambition of creating a global economic system that operates within sustainable environmental boundaries and prevents dangerous climate change.

KT Michaelson | Global Director, Climate and Nature, The ALDI South Group
KT leads the climate & nature strategy across the ALDI South Group's international operations. Previously, KT spent over four years at Starbucks leading corporate climate action strategy, environmental inventories and the decarbonisation of green coffee sourcing. Before that, KT rose to Managing Director at FrameworkESG, consulting on ESG strategy and analytics for Fortune 500 companies. KT holds an MSc in Carbon Management from the University of Edinburgh.

Ian Knight | Global Sustainability Director, Mars Inc.
Ian works in Mars' Corporate Sustainability Team, covering renewable energy, centralised programmes utilising environmental attribute certificates, and the operational sustainability of the global factory and logistics network. A UK-based chemical engineer, Ian has held various engineering and sustainability leadership roles within Mars over a thirty-year period.

Alexandra Hammond | Associate Director, Net Zero and Sustainable Procurement, NHS England
Alexandra leads efforts to decarbonise one of the world’s largest and most complex healthcare supply chains. She has been instrumental in translating the NHS’s net zero ambition into action, driving supplier engagement, emissions reduction, social value, and modern slavery initiatives. A recognised leader in sustainable procurement, she was named the 5th most influential woman in procurement by Procurement Magazine in 2024 and brings extensive experience in sustainability strategy and healthcare decarbonisation.

Boris Gamazaychikov | Co-Founder & CEO, Sustainable AI Group
Boris is an AI Sustainability Leader focused on aligning AI development with climate action. He is the co-founder and CEO of the Sustainable AI Group, a research and advisory firm helping enterprises understand and act on the environmental impacts of AI. Previously, as Head of AI Sustainability at Salesforce, he built the company's AI sustainability strategy and co-created the AI Energy Score, the first standardised benchmark for measuring AI model energy use.

Maia is Global Director of the GHG Protocol at WBCSD, co-leading its secretariat alongside WRI. With over 15 years’ experience, she previously directed corporate and cities reporting at CDP, helping thousands of organisations—including large global companies and municipalities—measure and disclose climate-related data.

Matthew Brander | Chair of Carbon Accounting, University of Edinburgh
Matthew holds the Chair of Carbon Accounting at the University of Edinburgh's Business School, where his research focuses on greenhouse gas accounting methods across corporate, product, project, and policy levels. He has contributed to technical working groups for the GHG Protocol, ISO, and SBTi, with particular expertise in bioenergy, offsetting, electricity accounting, and greenhouse gas removal.

Oliver Hurrey | Founder & Chair, Scope 3 Peer Group
Oliver is the founder and chair of the Scope 3 Peer Group, an invite-only global collective of over 3,000 practitioners collaborating on supply chain emissions reduction. He is also a steering group member at the Sustainable Procurement Pledge, which aims to help one million procurement professionals embed sustainability into their ways of working by 2030.

Previously, he was Director of Sustainable Supply at Haleon and spent over five years at GSK in environmental stewardship and sustainable supply roles. Ben holds an MSc in Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability and hosts The Supply Geek Podcast.

Isobel Farnsworth | Senior Associate - PACT, WBCSD
Isobel works at the World Business Council for Sustainable Development, driving adoption of the PACT framework for product carbon footprint data exchange. Previously, she spent over two years at Manufacture 2030 managing the launch of their Product Carbon Footprint tool and developing emissions reduction guidelines for supply chains. Isobel holds an MSc in Sustainability, Planning and Environmental Policy from Cardiff University.

Hessam is CEO and co-founder of Climatiq, the carbon intelligence platform providing scientifically vetted emissions data and tools to simplify carbon accounting and PCF calculations. Named a Gartner Cool Vendor, Climatiq serves as the emissions data infrastructure layer for global platforms including Salesforce, IFS and Celonis. Previously, Hessam founded Jobspotting (acquired by SmartRecruiters) and led Search Quality teams at Google.

James Lizars | Founder, Thrive Accountants
James is the founder of Thrive Accountants, a B Corp certified practice serving impact-driven tech startups. He is the author of Catalyst: How Accountants Can Be the Agents of Change in the Net Zero Transition and sits on the ACCA Global Council. James has nearly two decades of experience in commercial finance and is a partner of the Million Tree Pledge.

Caroline Johnstone | Managing Director, Rawstone Consulting
Caroline founded Rawstone Consulting eight years ago after heading up sustainability in-house for several organisations. Rawstone provides strategic ESG and GHG advice to medium and large businesses across a range of industries. Caroline was one of the first people in the UK to become an SBTi Certified Expert and is a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability.

Anya Doherty | Founder & CEO, Foodsteps
Anya is the founder and CEO of Foodsteps, a platform helping food businesses measure, reduce and report their environmental impact. She founded Foodsteps after researching food supply chain emissions at the University of Cambridge Conservation Research Institute, where she co-authored the largest scientific study on carbon labelling for food. Anya is an Unreasonable Fellow and co-founder of Youngwilders, a non-profit establishing youth-led nature recovery projects in the UK.

With over 20 years' experience in sustainability standards, Mel provides GHG organisational verification (ISO 14064) to leading UK law firms and major corporates. She developed the Carbonology assurance model and Carbonologist qualification, and hosts the globally popular podcast The ISO Show.
